About
Narema Advisory was established in August 2026 to provide expert water and environmental services to public and private organisations. The company was established by the principal and director, Eugene Moore. Eugene holds a PhD in water engineering (wastewater reuse) from the University of South Australia and has 14 years' experience in water and environmental management across research, government and consulting, most recently working for NSW government implementing environmental Murray-Darling Basin water reforms and drought management policy.
